High Volume Submersible
Pump
These heavy duty, high volume cast iron pumps are perfect for large scale waterfalls.
All pumps have sealed bearings with a minimum of 10,000 hours operating life.
- 1,750 RPM motors
- 3" NPT discharge
- 115 or 230 volt motors
- 1 phase motors in stock, 3 phase available by special order
PUMP SPECIFICATIONS
- VOLUTE: Cast iron, ASTM A-48 Class 30
- MOTOR HOUSING: Cast iron, ASTM A-48 Class 30
- SEAL PLATE: Cast iron, ASTM A-48 Class 30
- IMPELLER: 2 vane, open, cast iron, ASTM A-48 Class 30, balanced for smooth
opoeration
- SHAFT: Corrosion resistant stainless steel, threaded design
- O-RING: BUNA-N assures positive sealing against oil leakage
- HARDWARE: 300 series stainless steel
- MECHANICAL SEAL: 300 Stainless steel metal parts, BUNA-N elastomers, silicon
carbide vs. silicon carbide
- CABLE ENTRY: Waterproof 33 ft. cord (plug on 115 volt) pressure grommet for
sealing and strain relief
- BEARINGS: Upper and lower single row ball bearings
- MOTOR: Squirrel cage induction, 4 poles, oil-filled
- Single phase: 115V/230V, 50 Hz, 1/2 - 2 HP permanent split capacitor type.
Three phase: 208/230V/460V dual, 60 Hz, 1/2 - 2HP. Built in thermal protector with
automatic reset

Carry Horizontal Pump |
Super High Volume
Submersible Pumps, low head
These high volume, low head pumps are truly in a class of their own! All pumps
feature Axial-flow lift for smooth, low vibration, low pressure operation. Ideal
pumps for large scale recirculation systems, de-watering, high volume water transfer and
large waterfalls. All pumps are available in single and three phase and are
available with a variety of options including automatic on/off, alarm activation, delayed
start and more. Each pump has a 30' power cord and control box. Prices are for
230 volt, single phase pumps. Please inquire
for pricing on all others.
- 30 power cords standard - longer available
- 1/2, 3/4 and 1 HP pumps do not require a control
panel

Pump Intake Screen
These heavy duty screens are designed to be used with these pumps to prevent
sticks, weeds, fish, etc. from plugging pump. Screens are made from
SDR35 PVC and high density polyethylene top and bottom plates. Screen
portion is perforated with 1/2" holes. Shown with pump listed above.

Horns
Intake horns are a factory installed option that are used when pumping in
shallow applications to direct the suction towards the bottom of the pump
and prevent pumps from sucking air. Highly recommended on larger pumps
being used in ponds or pools less than 30" deep.
