How to Order
We've made it convenient for you to order your products online while shopping throughout
our website. Simply click the "Buy" button by the respective product that
you would like to order, and each product will be placed in a virtual "shopping
cart". From there, you can choose to add other items to your shopping cart or
to "check out". When checking out, you will be required to provide your
shipping address, credit card information, etc. Please be sure the information is
correct and there are no typographical errors to avoid delays in processing your
order. We ship anywhere in the continent of the USA. We do not process orders
to a P.O. Box number as UPS nor motor freight will deliver to a P.O. Box. Please
include a shipping address that UPS or motor freight can deliver to you. Shipping
and handling is additional and is not included in the product price.

than our online shopping cart system, you can FAX an order to us by using
our FAX Order Form here.
An additional method of ordering is to
call our 24 hour answering service
and place your order. Please have product codes and prices ready
when you call. Our operators do NOT provide customer support, they simply provide
another means of ordering. If you need customer service, please contact us and we will be happy to

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order you must contact us via email and put
"cancel order" as the subject line. We will try our best to stop
the order before it has been processed however we cannot guarantee the order will be
cancelled before it is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped
out you will be responsible for all S&H charges and perhaps the product(s) themselves
as there are some items that are non-cancelable, non-refundable. Please check those
out here. To avoid
confusion and extra expenses with your order, please be sure you are ordering the products
you wish to purchase initially.

CHARGES MADE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
Often times, two separate charges are made to your credit card. The first charge is
typically for the product's purchase price and the second charge is for S&H. We
do not "generalize" a S&H price for all of our customers like some companies
may do, but charge our customers the costs that are charged to us from various shipping
companies. With large items such as our pond liners, skimmers, Aquafalls, etc. this
S&H price is not known until we receive a shipping manifest from the carrier(s).
It is at this time that we charge your credit card for the S&H fee. This second
charge is usually made within a few days after the first charge was made.
