Product Description
PlanktoniX is an all-natural pond cleaning product that is created from a variety of strains of beneficial bacteria. The bacteria eats wastes in the pond such as sludge, muck, dead leaves, decaying organic matter, dead plants, uneaten fish, etc. These wastes can cause havoc within your pond if they're not decomposed or removed.
The bacteria in PlanktoniX is super concentrated and each bacteria can eat twice their weight in wastes every single minute!
PlanktoniX is safe and effective. You can swim in ponds treated with it. Wildlife can swim and drink from the pond water treated with it. It is safe and natural to use.
You can treat your large pond or lake with PlanktoniX by mixing the dosage with a bucket of pond water and disperse throughout the pond. Adding it near an aeration system or waterfall is ideal as they can quickly disperse the mixture throughout the pond quicker. You can also spot treat areas where there is a large build up of sediment and sludge by adding
PlanktoniX to it in that area.
Dosage: Add approximately 10lbs per surface acre for normal usage every 2 weeks when water temperatures are above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If your pond has a lot of sludge and muck build up, you can definitely add more. Since this isn't a chemical, dosages can vary greatly. If you have a pond with fish, add aeration when treating it with PlanktoniX.
PlanktoniX was used in a Summer Olympics to make the large, focal point ponds look pristine.

Wow!
Put some in my pond about a week and a half ago. Couldn't see the rocks lining the pond before but now see all the rocks so I know it's eaten all the junk on the bottom. My water is crystal clear. Incredible!

PlanktoniX works great!
I apply PlanktoniX to my 1/4 acre pond once or twice every summer. It keeps the water clear and removes the slime buildup on the bottom of the pond. It is very easy to use.

Wouldn't be without it.
Plain and simple - this stuff works! Gets rid of the sludge and muck and we don't have to treat our pond with chemicals like we used to. We like that it's a natural product and are eliminating as many chemicals as we can throughout our home and yard. We wouldn't be without this. It really makes that big of a difference!

You can't imagine the amount of enjoyment we now have with our pond. Like others, our pond was a mess and was filled with thick black sludge, mosquitoes - you name it! It was overrun with cattails and a million pond weeds, too - but, we bought the property for a good price knowing it had, as my husband put it, "potential". After a friend recommended you to us, we used your advice and our pond is now a beautiful focal point to our entire yard! The kids spend countless hours in, my husband fishes in it and we enjoy the wildlife that visit it. (Well, except for the beaver, but that's another story!) Made a BIG difference!
Our lake is over an acre. It was in bad shape with weed overgrowth and awful black sludge. Every time the dogs would go into it to go after the frogs, they'd come out black and stink like the sewer. It was terrible!!! Two years ago we started using PlanktoniX for the sludge build up and I can't begin to tell you what a HUGE difference this has made! WE NO LONGER HAVE THE SLUDGE!!!! Works wonders!
We live out in the country and have 27 acres. Our 2.5 acre lake had been neglected for years from the previous owners and was a mess. A guy at our local hardware store uses PlanktoniX and recommended it to us. This was 3 years ago. I can't tell you the difference its made. My husband has gotten a bit carried away with it and uses it in our compost pile, all of our drains in the house and in our RV. From a nightmare to pure beauty...
Three years ago we bought our home with a 1.5 acre pond. It had been neglected for years and was a nightmare to look at. It was infested with weeds and the muck came up to our knees. We followed your recommendations including putting in an aeration system and using planktonix. I cannot begin to tell you what a difference this has made!
